Before moving to Portland, Peter was the Director of Operations for a nonprofit organization in Kansas City that hosted free music programs for underserved teens. His work with the nonprofit allowed him to see firsthand how the arts could change lives, giving him a sense of purpose and fulfillment while connecting with a diverse group of young artists.
